Mohd Asif marries TV star Veena Malik secretly in London
Cricketer Muhammad Asif and actress Veena Malik entered wedlock in London recently.Mohammad Asif became the latest cricketer to fall for a TV celebrity after the Pakistani pacer tied the knot with TV personality Veena Malik in London.

The marriage took place on May 28 in London with the couple quietly slipping out of Islamabad, the ‘Jang’ newspaper reported.
Quoting the reliable sources, the report said that Asif has assured Veena to announce the marriage publicly once his cricket career is back on track and he is selected in the Pakistan team for the forthcoming Champions Trophy in South Africa. Asif is presently serving a 12-month ban for failing a dope test in the inaugural edition of the Indian Premier League last year. He was also fined Rs one million by the Pakistan Cricket Board for possessing opium that landed him in 19 days of detention in Dubai airport.
However, the PCB has made it clear that the cricketer would be considered for the Champions Trophy.
The report also said that Veena, who became famous after hosting a comedy show on Geo television and is now hosting her own programme on another channel, has footed the bill of the legal expenses incurred by Asif fighting his recent cases related to the IPL dope test and Dubai detention.
According to reliable sources, the wedding took place on May 28. Veena Malik had left for London with Asif while wearing a burqa from the Islamabad airport. Asif gave Veena a car as a gift on her birthday, while Veena bore Asif’s expenses including the fee of the lawyers he had hired in connection with cases relating to his cricketing career.
It is divulged that Asif had assured Veena that he would make public their marriage on his return to the national cricket team in September. It may be noted that Veena Malik has ended her interaction with the press following the revelation of this news.
7 surprising sleep tips

If you fall into one of those groups, chances are you’re already following the tried-and-true rules for a good night’s sleep: Don’t have too much caffeine (especially late in the day), don’t exercise late at night, keep your bedroom at a cool, comfortable temperature, and make sure your bed, pillows and linens are comfy. Those are all good tips, but there are lesser-known things you can try to help you get more rest.
1. Set a Bedtime Alert
Most of us already use an alarm to wake up in the morning, but sleep expert Michael Breus, PhD, author of Beauty Sleep: Look Younger, Lose Weight, and Feel Great Through Better Sleep, suggests setting it at night as well. “I tell people to set their alarm for one hour before bedtime, which reminds them to begin what I call the power-down hour,” says Dr. Breus, who is also a spokesman for the Zeo Personal Sleep Coach. He says you should spend the first 20 minutes of that hour taking care of any necessary chores (like walking the dog or making your kids’ lunches), then spend the next 20 minutes on hygiene (washing up, brushing your teeth, etc.), and save the last 20 minutes before bed for relaxation. You don’t necessarily have to meditate, if that doesn’t appeal to you; you can also do deep breathing exercises, read a book or even watch a little TV (as long as it’s not too stimulating).
2. Don’t Clear Your Mind
Experts say anxiety and depression top the list of reasons people have trouble sleeping. Part of the problem is that many of us just can’t seem to quiet that internal voice that starts rambling on about the worries of the day. Of course, if you can clear your mind, go ahead and do it. But if that’s impossible, don’t force it–you’ll only end up panicking about the fact that you’re not sleeping, says Paul McKenna, PhD, author of the soon-to-be-released book I Can Make You Sleep. Instead, try slowing down your thoughts. “Practice saying anything and everything that comes into your mind to yourself in a slow, monotonous, drowsy tone,” says Dr. McKenna. It doesn’t matter if you’re thinking about what to buy tomorrow at the grocery store or how a big presentation at work is going to go. If you slow everything down and talk to yourself in an even tone, you’ll find it’s that much harder to keep worrying (or stay awake).
3. Count Numbers–Not Sheep
Another great way to quiet those racing thoughts is to count backward from 300 by 3s, says Dr. Breus. Unless you’re a math ace, you probably won’t be able to focus on anything else while you’re doing this, which means you’ll end up distracting yourself from your stressful thoughts.
4. Get Up a Half-Hour Earlier
Yes, you read that right! If you’re suffering from chronic insomnia, try getting up, for example, at 6:30 instead of your usual 7 wakeup time–no matter what time you fell asleep the night before. You may be extra-sleepy for a little while, but this is hands-down the most effective way to reset your body clock, says Dr. McKenna. It works because it teaches your body that it can’t catch up on sleep in the morning, so eventually you’ll start feeling drowsier earlier in the evening.
5. Consider Seeing a Professional
A sleep psychologist is someone who specializes in gathering info about your emotions and your behaviors specifically as they relate to sleep. Often found at sleep centers, a sleep psychologist can usually help resolve your sleep issues in just four to six sessions, says Joseph Ojile, MD, founder of the Clayton Sleep Institute in St. Louis and a spokesman for the National Sleep Foundation.
6. Don’t Worry If You Can’t Sleep Right Away
You shouldn’t pass out the second your head hits the pillow. If that happens all the time, it’s a sign that you’re sleep deprived. (Ditto for nodding off during boring meetings and long movies.) Ideally, it should take 15 to 25 minutes from when you lie down to when you drift off to sleep, says Dr. Breus.
7. Go to Bed When You’re Tired
If you’re having ongoing sleep troubles, don’t worry so much about the fact that it’s almost midnight and you have to get up in less than seven hours. Forcing yourself to stay in bed when you’re not sleepy is just going to contribute to more tossing and turning, says Dr. Ojile. Instead, get up, do something relaxing, and go back to bed whenever you do feel tired. You might end up exhausted the next day (but that was bound to happen either way under these circumstances), and the following night you should have better luck getting to bed earlier.

Have You Ever
It makes you cry
Have you ever needed something so bad
You can’t sleep at night
Have you ever tried to find the words
But they don’t come out right
Have you ever have you ever
Have you ever been in love
Been in love so bad
You’d do anything to make them understand
Have you ever had someone steal your heart away
You’d give anything to make them feel the same
Have you ever searched for words to get you in their heart
But you don’t know what to say
And you don’t know where to start
[Chorus:]
Have you ever loved somebody so much
It makes you cry
Have you ever needed something so bad
You can’t sleep at night
Have you ever tried to find the words
But they don’t come out right
Have you ever have you ever
Have you ever found the one
You’ve dreamed of all your life
You’d do just about anything to look into their eyes
Have you finally found the one you’ve given your heart to
Only to find the one won’t give their heart to you
Have you ever closed your eyes and
Dreamed that they were there
And all you can do is wait for the day that they will care
[Chorus:]
Have you ever loved somebody so much
It makes you cry
Have you ever needed something so bad
You can’t sleep at night
Have you ever tried to find the words
But they don’t come out right
Have you ever have you ever ever ever
[Bridge:]
What do I gotta do to get you in my arms baby
What do I gotta say to get to your heart
To make you understand how I need you next to me
Gotta get you in my world
‘Cause baby I can’t sleep
[Chorus X 2:]
Have you ever loved somebody so much
It makes you cry
Have you ever needed something so bad
You can’t sleep at night
Have you ever tried to find the words
But they don’t come out right
Have you ever
Have you ever loved somebody so much
It makes you cry
Have you ever needed something so bad
You can’t sleep at night
Have you ever tried to find the words
But they don’t come out right
Have you ever have you ever
Have you ever, ever, ever
Have you ever
When I’m With You
When I’m with you
When I’m with you
When I’m with you you you
You.. when I’m with you
What good’s a memory
Without you there with me
The morning sun ain’t the same
Without you here
You are the summer breeze
The wind blowing through the trees
You make the loneliness
All just disappear
Nothing replaces your touch
Never stop believing in us
They try to break us
But we stand strong in love
They’ll be no distance too far
I gotta be where you are
(right where you are)
I don’t wanna face this world alone
Without you by my side
You’re the only one
That makes it feel like home
And I need you in my life
When you’re not around I’m feeling
Like a piece of me is missing
When it feels like the day is closing in
Somehow I find the faith
To make it through
When I’m with you
When I’m with you
When I’m with you you you
You.. when I’m with you
What’s a photograph
If you’re not in the other half
Why even dream
If I’m not dreaming of you
You make me a better man
Promise I’ll do all I can
Your love keeps me bringing me
Closer to the truth
Nothing replaces your touch
Never stop believing in us
They try to break us
But we stand strong in love
They’ll be no distance too far
I gotta be where you are
(right where you are)
I don’t wanna face this world alone
Without you by my side
You’re the only one
That makes it feel like home
And I need you in my life
When you’re not around I’m feeling
Like a piece of me is missing
When it feels like the day is closing in
Somehow I find the faith
To make it through
When I’m with you
When I’m with you
When I’m with you you you
When I’m with you
When I’m with you
When I’m with you you you
Hey
I questioned whether time or fate
Would ever show me a sign
The moment I saw you
That’s when I knew
I feel it when I’m with you
I don’t wanna face this world alone
Without you by my side
You’re the only one
That makes it feel like home
And I need you in my life
When you’re not around I’m feeling
Like a piece of me is missing
When it feels like the day is closing in
Somehow I find the faith
To make it through
When I’m with you
When I’m with you
When I’m with you you you

Shaukat Aziz Cheap gifts Scandal
ISLAMABAD: In two earlier reports, The News shared details of 736 ‘cheap’ gifts that former Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz had taken away to London with him. But according to latest documents obtained byThe News.
There were another 250 gifts which he received as finance minister and prime minister and worth a minimum of but he never deposited them with Toshakhana as required by rules.
Even one wrist watch Tissot gifted by the Swiss defence minister was not evaluated at the Cabinet Division, only God knows on whose orders, as it was quietly handed over to Mr Aziz free of cost to wear it with his expensive dresses.
Aziz also did not allow evaluation of one replica of Deer (crystal) gifted by CEO Qatar Airways and took it away to London to decorate his multimillion pounds residence.
He took away many important and expensive gifts without getting any evaluation done and thus and retained them free of cost. He did not send several important books he received from different heads of states on important subjects of history to the Cabinet Division or even pay their drastically slashed prices. This list shows that several expensive coins given by the head of states of different countries were also retained by Aziz free of cost and no price evaluation was made.
Items which were neither evaluated or priced included: One currency note plus ten coins of UK in a frame which was gifted by the state for commonwealth affairs, President of Uzbekistan’s gifted cap, scarf. Governor Bokhara gave one cap, four decoration pieces, packet of green tea (must be one rare precious cargo). One book Canvas gifted by Economic Correspondent Money Desk Singapore. Why West Hates Islam
We are living in secular age. 21 century is secular age. Secular age is not christain , jewism or hindism age in nature. In fect secular age is age of expression of militant athiesm.Militant athiem means an agenda that supports godless reason based society.Their main agenda is to create open and free secular sociey where god is limited to mosques, and churches. The kalma of secular age is divide of religion and state.
They are going to divide all human by diving their personalities in two sections , like spiritual and material needs. But islam completely rejects this way of life. Islam see human in total unity. There is not divide of spiritually and material needs of human in islam. Here in islam often material things like (zakat or sadqa) fullfill the spiritual needs of humans and vice verse. Infect islam demands complete submission of muslims for their own true immortal welfare.
Today’sMuslims are victim of western secularism. Because Islam only challenge secularism. Western secularist hates Islamic principles because Islam is like mirror for them. Islam shows their wrong and weak principles on them. Like Secularist and moderates wants godless reason based society. Islam claims true reason is only accept the rule of allah in this universe and total submission before will of god.
Secularist and moderates want more freedom to do fulfill their lust on holy name of liberty and freedom. Islam claims this world is not free place for human. Infect it is test for all humans. Secularist claim man is god of his fate. Islam claims god is fate of man, but man can be owner of his fate temporary by obeying the orders of Allah. Secularist claims man is bad due to his by birth inclination of biological genes, like case of homosexuality , gay men and women compel to adopt gay sex , because they are born that way.
Islam claims man is not totally slave of his genes. Man can change its bad desires and unwanted attraction by going nearer words of god. This list can be so long. But time is short. Lastly, any sensible person can predict , today’s moderates Muslims will become atheist of tomorrow due to forced environment of secular age and weakness of their faith. So we should prefer to become true Muslims based on reasonable faith of Quran
Washington Puts Pressure On India Article By Zaid Hamid
While Indians are extremely sensitive about US involvement in Kashmir dispute, they are equally upset over rising US pressure to contain their anti-Pakistan activities in Afghanistan which are causing great concern and anger in Pakistan. Pakistan has now a legitimate excuse that it needs to first take out those assets of TTP who are fighting Pakistan rather than those who are attacking NATO and US forces in Afghanistan. Under the US umbrella, multiple secret services including RAW and Mossad are heavily active in Afghanistan working to send terrorists in Pakistan. In a clear attempt which can be classified as betrayal, US is now desperate to divert Pakistan’s attention from south Waziristan and from Baitullah. US drones have attacked an allied commander of Pakistan, Haji Gul Bahadur, in the northern region forcing him to turn his guns against Pakistan in anger. Is CIA a rogue agency working outside the interests of Washington?
ISLAMABAD, Pakistan—This analysis of Pakistan’s internal and external strategic situation is divided into two parts: Eastern Front and the Western Theater.
Eastern Front:
US is desperately trying to convince Indians that it would be good for all if Indians agree to hold talks with Pakistan on Kashmir, close some of their consulates in Afghanistan and thus forcing Pakistan to divert more resources to Afghan side in fight against Taliban.
Indians, while wanting US to put more pressure on Pakistan to contain Kashmiri resistance, are really not interested to give any concession either to US or to Pakistan. They want to fight Pakistan to the last American and giving concessions is not part of the plan. US disappointment is certain on these counts. Indians are simply too shrewd for naïve Americans.

Jones holds anti-terror talks with Indian leaders
—————————————————————-
NEW DELHI, June 26: A top aide of US President Barack Obama held talks with Indian leaders on Friday on Washington’s revamped security policy in the region.
National Security Adviser James Jones, who arrived in New Delhi late on Thursday after stops in Afghanistan and Pakistan, met Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Indian National Security Adviser M.K. Narayanan, a government spokesman said…

Last week, we had given the following assessment on the issue and its review would be useful for the larger perspective:
“Indians are not at all happy over US pressure on them to start a dialogue process with Pakistan especially over Kashmir. India is obviously not welcoming it, in fact are seriously irritated by it. Manmohan Singh is expressing his venom and anger towards Pakistan on every international forum as US continues to pile up pressure on Indians. This is getting interesting as Indians always thought that their lobbies and diplomacy can sway US opinion against Pakistan. Here, Pakistan’s strategic geographic location and US reliance upon its supplies through Pakistan is forcing US to accept Pakistani demands to put increased pressure on Indians to close their consulates in Afghanistan and to initiate the stalled peace process.
Indian PM is releasing his frustration against Pakistan as over 40 % Indians remains under various forms of insurgencies, separatist movements and rebellions. Along with Kashmir, now even the North East is flaring up with Maoists extracting heavy toll from Indians security forces. This is Indian nightmare for which they have no remedy but to blame Pakistan.”
So, the Indians continue to blame Pakistan for all their ills, not happy that US seem to be going slow on Pakistan and piling pressure on Delhi.

Peace not one-way traffic, says India
—————————————————————-
By Jawed Naqvi
NEW DELHI, June 25: Peace with Pakistan is very desirable but it cannot be a one-way traffic, Indian Defence Minister A.K. Antony said here on Thursday.
Acknowledging that cross-border infiltration in Kashmir had gone down over the previous years, he urged the armed forces to be alert but to be also prepared for peace…
http://www.dawn.com/wps/wcm/connect/dawn-content-library/dawn/the-newspaper/front-page/peace-not-oneway-traffic%2C-says-india-669
To release the pressure, Indians also came up with more allegations of support to terror from Pakistan. Mumbai case is another example where Indians tried hard to frame Pakistan but so far have failed to muster international support. Indians are frustrated here as well visibly.

India issues warrants for 22 Mumbai suspects
—————————————————————-
MUMBAI, June 23: An Indian court issued arrest warrants on Tuesday for 22 Pakistani nationals accused of masterminding last year’s deadly Mumbai terrorist attacks, including the founder of a militant group recently freed by a Pakistani court.
An Indian prosecutor demanded that Islamabad extradite all the suspects, though Pakistan has vowed that it will not transfer any Mumbai suspects to India, saying instead it will try them in its own courts…….
http://www.dawn.com/wps/wcm/connect/dawn-content-library/dawn/the-newspaper/front-page/india-issues-warrants-for-22-mumbai-suspects-469
But Indians had to face a serious embarrassment when – while they demand Pakistan to hand over Pakistani “terrorists” suspects -, they are demanding leniency for a confirmed convicted Indian terrorist jailed in Pakistan and now on a death row from Supreme Court. Indians are desperate to get the man released whose mercy petition is now with Mr. Zardari, whom India considers as their best friend in Islamabad.

India seeks leniency for Sarabjit
————————————
By Jawed Naqvi
NEW DELHI, June 24: India has urged Pakistan to take a humanitarian view of the case of condemned prisoner Sarabjit Singh whose review petition was rejected on Wednesday by Pakistan’s Supreme Court. Indian Foreign Minister S.M. Krishna said: “We have seen reports that the Pakistan Supreme Court has turned down a review petition regarding the death sentence awarded to Sarabjit Singh. We are not, however, aware of details of this judgment.”……
http://www.dawn.com/wps/wcm/connect/dawn-content-library/dawn/the-newspaper/front-page/india-seeks-leniency-for-sarabjit-569
Indians have well and truly encircled Pakistan from Afghan side. While Indians are extremely sensitive about US involvement in Kashmir dispute, they are equally upset over rising US pressure to contain their anti-Pakistan activities in Afghanistan which are causing great concern and anger in Pakistan. Pakistan has now a legitimate excuse that it needs to first take out those assets of TTP who are waging a war against the State rather than those who are seen as threats by NATO and US forces in Afghanistan. Under the US umbrella, multiple secret services including RAW and Mossad are heavily active in Afghanistan working to send terrorists in Pakistan.
So when Indians ask for transit routes to Afghanistan via Pakistan, the idea is met with fierce resistance in GHQ and among Pakistani patriots. Here we would like to produce a paper by BrassTacks analyst Farzana Shah on Indian desires and its implications for securing a transit route through Pakistan. The paper makes it clear the complexities of Pakistan-US-India relations and their own survival wars, often at the cost of each other, as being fought in Afghanistan. [click here to read the paper].
Nice diplomacy, first push the country to war, then feign kindness. We simply don’t trust you, Ms. Patterson. You say something, and CIA does something else.
Western Theatre:
Slowly and cautiously, Pakistan armed forces are consolidating their hold around the Waziristan region, isolating Baitullah Mehsud in South to prepare the ground for the final assault on the region. This is going to be a long drawn out bloody campaign where neither side is going to give any quarter to other. The task of Pakistan becoming even more difficult when supply lines of Baitullah remain open from Afghanistan and US and Indian secret services protect him for his damaging role in Pakistan.
Last week we had given the following assessment of the situation as it develops.
“Pakistan now plans to attack and eliminate the most wanted terrorist in the country – Baitullah Mehsud. For the past 8 years, he is waging a terror campaign in the country but not fighting the NATO and US troops in Afghanistan. He is Pakistan’s most wanted terrorist but US drone flown by CIA never target the man or his assets. Every week, multiple drone raids take place and many local militants or their allies are assassinated by CIA but not on Baitullah Mehsud.”
In a clear attempt which can be classified as betrayal, US are now desperate to divert attention of Pakistan from south. US drones have attacked an allied commander of Pakistan, Haji Gul Bahadur, in the northern region forcing him to turn his guns against Pakistan in anger. Gul Bahadur have not opened another front against Pakistan in North.
While US army pretends to feel happy over the operation, the CIA is not. Drones are operated by CIA and not US military and often both follow opposite policies towards militants, just as US army may not have any problem in taking out TTP leader Baitullah but the CIA protect him as their prized asset.

Pakistani assault hurting Taliban: US officer
—————————————————————-
WASHINGTON, June 23: The Pakistan military’s offensive against the Taliban has cut insurgent attacks across the border in eastern Afghanistan, depriving them of a cheap supply of arms, a senior US officer said on Tuesday. “I think there’s a definite impact,” US Colonel John Spiszer, commander of a brigade combat team in northeast Afghanistan, told reporters…….
http://www.dawn.com/wps/wcm/connect/dawn-content-library/dawn/the-newspaper/front-page/pakistani-assault-hurting-taliban-us-officer-469
One thing is definite – the US strategy in the region is not working and the US has hit a blind alley. Now they don’t know where to go from here and there is frantic effort to win back Pakistan army which is now increasingly hostile towards US demands and US objectives in the region. US know that unless they win over Pakistan army once again, their Afghan mission is doomed.

Outrage shows US strategy in Fata not working: lawmaker

US is having additional problems in the region. Due to recent Iranians elections, talks between US and Iran have broken down. US continue to criticize Iranian leadership over after elections riots and thus have lost the opportunity to negotiate a transit route for NATO supplies in Afghanistan. That makes US even more vulnerable and dependent upon Pakistan for its vital supplies. This means that now a tough talking Pakistan army can arm twist US to seek reduction of Indian assets and influence in Afghanistan and also to force US to eliminate TTP leadership. Now US are in a serious fix. Iranians elections are a bad omen for US for now.
To add insult to injury, Russians have invited Pakistan and Afghanistan to a Moscow summit, a move which will be seen with great suspicion in Washington and Delhi. This is a brilliant opportunity for Pakistan to forge strategic alliances with China and Russia to pile up additional pressure on US and to come in a hard bargaining position. Things are now really going bad for the Americans. Welcome to the great game once again.
